Drug Free EZ Training

March 23, 2010 - 8:00 am

BWC's Drug Free Workplace (DFWP) program is an incentive program designed to help employers establish a safer and more cost-effective workplace. The voluntary DFWP program encourages employers to detect and deter substance use and misuse, and take appropriate action.

BWC understands that small businesses typically have fewer resources available to implement a drug-free workplace program. That's why BWC has created Drug-Free EZ (DFEZ). Small businesses (average of 24 or fewer employees) can participate in this program that has the same basic elements and integrity as the DFWP but with streamlined requirements and less paperwork. To help our members the BX will offer an open enrollment DFEZ course each month. If your company averages more than 24 employees per year contact the BX to schedule Drug Free Workplace training.
